Not Losing Weight Fast Enough? This May Be Why from Hadriel's blog


You know you need to lose weight fast. So you've started your quick   The Beta Switch Review  weight loss program. You're taking your herbal weight loss pills like the bottle says, walking 60 minutes a day, and memorized the workouts on your weight loss DVD. Even your caloric intake is minimal. But, for some reason, you haven't lost an ounce. Maddening, right?

In all fairness, there is a legitimate reason why the weight might be sticking around, and it has nothing to do with your diet or exercise routine. In fact, the reason you're not losing weight fast, or not at all, might be medical, even psychological in nature.

I want to be clear that I'm not giving you an excuse here. I once worked with an obese woman who claimed she was fat because of her hormones, yet every evening after work she could be found in the Burger King drive through. Do hormones make you crave a quarter pounder with cheese and fries?
